EC-Council University has helped me gain recognition in my organization by sharpening my skill sets, which was explicitly visible in my performance and in the strategies which I formulated. Initially, it wasn’t easy to manage both studies and my job. However, once the course expectations were understood, the allocation of time for studies wasn’t a difficult task.
Online education at EC-Council University was a fantastic experience! It offered me greater control over my learning, enabling me to work at my own pace, a better balance of work and studies, without the need to compromise on my job duties. Furthermore, as online education demands more-frequent assessments, mandating participation in discussions, professors were able to monitor my performance individually and provide constructive feedback, helping me to scale up in areas of improvement.
One lasting memory is the research writing course. Of all the courses, it was the toughest and demanded a high degree of learning, research, and practice. I found Professor Dr. Helen Barker to be extremely talented with the zeel to impart knowledge to students. Initially, I was quite skeptic of the relevance of the course; however, through the course, I realized its importance and how it is a mandate in the real world.
My goal when I joined EC-Council University was to gain a holistic understanding of cybersecurity operations, project planning concepts, management strategies, and how all these intersect to form an excellent cybersecurity leader. I was able to achieve this desired objective, perhaps more than what I desired.
