Dr. Chandra Davis is an academic leader with over 20 years of experience in higher education. Dr. Davis has served in many capacities, such as student support, learning services management, and academic leadership, as well as as an educational operations manager managing various programs and administrative projects. Dr. Davis has extensive experience in the areas of training and development, faculty recruitment and development, learning services support, course design and development, and professional staff development, along with hiring and onboarding.
Her passion for education is evident in everything she does. She is an authentic leader and focuses on autonomy and the success and growth of her team. Dr. Davis earned her Bachelor’s (Interdisciplinary Social Science), Master’s (Master of Public Administration), and Doctorate (Educational Innovation) degrees, all from the University of South Florida. Her areas of research include Global Learning, Ethics in Education, Non-Traditional Students, and Educational Leadership.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loves all music genres. Working out and staying healthy are her primary focuses, although one of her favorite foods is pizza.
